    What are the odds that, four generations later, the Witwicky family would once again make contact with the same alien robots that had afflicted them decades ago? Steven Witwicky—or “Spike” as he insists on begin called (allegedly a nickname his late mother gave him as a child)—was just an average teenager who happened to be pulled into the Autobots’ affair when he and his friend Hunter O’Nion met with Verity Carlo and James Pink [see corresponding files] just as Mr. Pink’s auto shop was attacked by two Decepticons. They were then brought to the Autobots’ headquarters, where they were interviewed by Agent Fowler. After the Autobots’ departure in 2014, he returned home and started working at his father’s salvaging company. Since then, Witwicky has made minimal contact with the Autobots, although Sector Seven has kept tabs on him due to his family’s history with the Cybertronians.

    Verity Carlo has always been a rebel. After a tumultuous relationship with her mother, she left home at the age of twelve and wandered from foster home to foster home, each arrangement ending the same: with frustration and anger on everyone’s parts. Before long she became a drifter, hitchhiking her way across the country. She became involved with Sector Seven and the Autobots when she stole a device belonging to an operative of Machination, bringing it to the attention of her contact James “Jimmy” Pink. This led to her being detected by Decepticons and required her to be rescued by the Autobot operative Bumblebee. After being brought to the Autobots’ base, she was interviewed by Agent William Fowler and put on file. Some of the information given to Agent Fowler, including her birth date, may have been deliberate misinformation. However, most of the information lines up with the information that has been documented by social services. After the Autobots departed for Cybertron at the end of 2014, Carlo returned to her drifting lifestyle, although Sector Seven secretly kept tabs on her. Contact with Carlo was made again in June 2016 during the Mayhem Incident.

    Hunter O’Nion comes from a broken home. His father died when he was eight and his mother drank herself away, and he ended up moving in with his uncle after his sister left home. Since childhood he has been invested in the supernatural and conspiracy theories, documenting his “evidence” on his website Mechatopia.com. He became involved with Sector Seven and the Autobot as he was among the teens being chased by the Decepticons who were after the Machination device possessed by Verity Carlo [see file]. He was interviewed by Agent William Fowler and his answers line up with official government records. Against Agent Fowler’s advice, the Autobots brought O’Nion along on one of their missions and he ended up being abducted by Machination along with the Autobot operative “Sunstreaker.” He was taken to a Machination facility in Tampa, Florida where he and Sunstreaker were forcibly put through the binary bonding process, merging their consciousnesses to create a “Headmaster.” Since then, O’Nion has been physically and mentally linked with Sunstreaker [see medical report for further details].

    Captain Archibald Witwicky first made headlines when he led the National Arctic Circle Expedition of 1897. It was in that year that he discovered Non-Biological Extraterrestrial-1 (N.B.E.-1). The experience traumatized him and drove him mad, leading to his commitment to the Boston Secure Hospital upon his return to the United States in 1898. His claims of an “iron devil” reached the ears of President McKinley who drafted Walter Simmons and Theodore Wells into investigating, leading to the uncovering of N.B.E.-1. In order to keep N.B.E.-1’s existence secret, Simmons and Wells discredited Witwicky’s claims and his effects were sent to his family. Witwicky would be transferred to an asylum in Louisiana where he would eventually pass away in 1938 at the unexpected age of 100, perhaps owing his longevity to his contact with the extraterrestrial.

    Sir Edmund Burton is the 12th Earl of Folgan, born of an affair between his father and an unidentified woman. When Sir Edmund was only a year old, his father committed suicide and he was raised by his family’s butler, whom Sector Seven has been unable to identify or locate any visualizations of. Ever since the end of World War II, Sir Edmund has made various claims about witnessing extraterrestrials. While the public has chalked up his claims to him having been traumatized by the atrocities of the war as a very young child, operatives of Sector Seven over the years have investigated some of his claims and discovered leads closely related to or even directly connected to N.B.E.-1. As such, we have kept tabs on him in case he knows more about our operations than he publicly lets on.
