History

   Tempest has doubts about her allegiances. Joining the Decepticons was more of a lateral career move for her, as pretty much all of the Seekers fell under Megatron's command as part of his deal with Starscream. While she has seen some Seekers defect to the Autobots, such as her sister Zephyr, Tempest has stayed not just out of fear but also because she does agree somewhat with the Decepticon rhetoric -- she just thinks there are better ways at executing their ideals.

   This is partially why she joined the Secret Order. Maybe, just maybe, she can do some good for Cybertron without having to change badges....
